Its large conical skull is provided with several pairs of tusks, the females having only one pair. The split hooves have two characteristic rear guards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scrofa feeds mainly on rhizomes, but also on soft wood by scraping the bark of trees, regularly hunting other animals to get its share. Le terme \u00e9voque \u00e9galement le danger de se frotter \u00e0 ce genre de personne violente sans raison.
